Best of Both Worlds

My reason to come to Fore Fitness is two fold. I need to exercise(and do not like to do it) and I love to play golf. This program is the best of both worlds. Exercise, stretching, core, posture, strengthening, all for the purpose of improving my golf. I have seen a much more consistent flight of my drives and second long shots, which were my weakness in my game. Good swing mechanics are also a part of the program. Excellent teaching, challenging drills have brought more enjoyment to my game of golf.

The BEST! I had an extraordinary experience with Fore Fitness. Ken and Josh showed me where my physical limitations were and how to improve therein. Every session was planned ahead for me, not cookbook. Some of the sessions were tough, but I departed knowing it was just what I needed for my flexibility or strength.
